Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, contacting us, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
The DripDoc provides concierge IV infusion therapy and vitamin injections administered in your home, office, hotel, or event location by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
All treatments are subject to a personal medical screening, informed consent, and provider discretion. Recommended formulations are general wellness offerings and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment of a medical condition by your primary care provider.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to book a service. Certain conditions — including pregnancy, anticoagulant use, significant cardiac or renal history, uncontrolled hypotension, sulfa allergy, or acute illness — may disqualify you from receiving treatment. The provider has sole discretion to decline or modify any service when clinically appropriate.
Informed consent
You will be asked to review and sign a written consent prior to your first treatment. You acknowledge that IV therapy and injections carry inherent risks including but not limited to bruising, infection, vein irritation, allergic reaction, and infiltration, and that no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Scheduling & arrival
Concierge appointments require a confirmed location and contact number. The provider will text or call when en route. We reserve the right to reschedule for safety reasons including severe weather, unsafe environments, or signs of acute illness inappropriate for in-home care.
Payment & cancellation
Payment is collected at the time of service through Square. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards (where eligible), and Square Pay.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service. No-shows are charged in full. Memberships have a three-month minimum commitment, after which they may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Insurance
The DripDoc is an out-of-network, cash-pay concierge service. We do not bill insurance. A superbill can be provided on request for services that may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
